WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery charges will be calculated on the completion of an order.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery is usually made via courier, with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm. Orders from outside the UK are likely to take longer for delivery. For any enquiries please contact support: support@exquisiteluxury.co.uk

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver World-Wide. As it is difficult to oppose specified shipping costs for certain areas.

CAN I SEND THINGS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

We’re happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, please specify this to us.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?

Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5.30pm, if the recipient isn`t in, the courier will leave you an attempted delivery slip, stating whether your parcel is with a neighbour or at your local depot. It will also tell you how you can acquire the package. A second delivery attempt may be made.

WHAT IF ONLY PART OF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED?
